Circuit Civil foreclosure sales are held every Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) at 11am.
Sales are conducted in Clerks Conferences Room D251 2nd Floor.
Bidding: When competitive bidding takes place, the judgment holder will (in most cases) bid up to the amount of the judgment. By court order, the plaintiff usually receives credit up to the amount of the judgment. The highest bidder shall be identified by name and if acting in a representative capacity, shall state whom he/she represents.
Deposit: Immediately following the sale, the successful bidder shall post with the Clerk a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid, per Florida Statutes 45.031.
